Reported by Claudia Johnston: Shannon and I went yesterday to race at the Victoria Duathlon in Waterloo. (http://www.trisportcanada.com/victorias.php) As you all know, it was boiling hot, now, I like that, but Shannon wasn’t so sure about this…I don’t blame her!
I have to tell all of you what an amazing race Shannon had, she biked at around 30km/h and finished the whole race under two hours!!! She is my hero, way to go Shannon! Plus, she did it all with a smile on her face!
The race was a 4km run, then 30km bike, and a 4km run.
