On Saturday July 3rd, the Creemore Vertical challenge trail race was run. It’s 25 km of trails and country road, mud bogs, slimy hills that you have to climb with a rope, streams to cross and blistering heat! Total vertical climb is 875 metres or 2,870 feet elevation gain. (That’s a lot of times up and down the tiny escarpment equal to 3.8 times up the Blue Mountain ski hill)
